Which products earn points?

Almost everything you buy from Dragon Herbs will earn Dragon Points.* There are three (3) levels of point earning power:

Gold— 40% of the retail value will be converted to points when an item is purchased at full retail price. Most Dragon Herbs brand products belong to this category.
Silver — 30% of the retail value will be converted to points when an item is purchased at full retail price. Most Dragon Herbs tinctures belong to this group.
Jade — 20% of the retail value will be converted to points when an item is purchased at full retail price. Most non-Dragon Herbs brand products that we carry belong to this group.

For the points earned by each product, look for the value inside this Green Dragon Point Ball.

For example, our popular Spring Dragon Longevity Tea’s retail value is $9, and its point value is 4. Tonic Alchemy’s retail value is $44.95, and its point value is 18.

Dragon Herbs’ computer system will calculate the points you earn with each purchase and track your point accumulation automatically. As long as you are a qualified retail customer, all you have to do is to redeem the products you desire. Redemption can be done at any time with any order. Simple, fun, and no sweat.

Who is eligible for the Dragon Points Reward Program?

All of our retail customers can qualify for the program. Each account must have a valid phone number, valid physical address and email address. Each customer must have only one unique account number. There are absolutely no fees to participate in our reward program – so join in the fun!*

What are “Double Points”?

During promotional periods, Dragon Herbs will designate certain products to have “double” earning power,

which means the points you earn from purchasing those products will double! To identify the double point items, you can look for the “Double Points” icon in our upcoming promotional literature.

What is available for point redemption?

The reward products and services are identified by our Red Dragon Point Ball, which shows the points needed to redeem for that item.

You can see the entire reward selection on page 44 to 48 of this newsletter. Even Ron Teeguarden’s consultations are redeemable by points. How fun is that?

When will the Dragon Points Reward Program become effective?

Our Dragon Points Reward Program commences on 07/01/2007, at which time all qualified purchases will start accumulating reward points.

How do I know how many points I have?

As of 07/01/2007, our receipts will show points accumulated for each purchase order and points- to-date for each account. You may also speak to our Dragon Herbs representatives at any time to find out about your account point balance.

How do I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points over the phone or in one of our retail stores. Redemption through our website www.dragonherbs.com is not available at this time.
